  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect​ due to our error.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products marked “final sale” or sold at a discounted/clearance price.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@vektor.surf​ with:

    • Your order number.

    • A detailed reason​ for the return.

    • Photos or videos​ of the item (if applicable—e.g., to show damage).

  2. We will respond within 2 business days​ with instructions and a return address if needed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect​ the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method​ within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

  • Note:​ Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • The item is returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • It shows signs of use, damage due to customer misuse, or is not in original condition.

  • The return is requested for non-returnable items (e.g., digital goods).

5. Exchanges
