1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under these conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes tags or accessories.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Products marked “final sale” or sold at a discounted/clearance price.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Email us at support@vektor.surf with:
Your order number.
A detailed reason for the return.
Photos or videos of the item (if applicable—e.g., to show damage).
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address if needed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds if:
The item is returned after 30 days of delivery.
It shows signs of use, damage due to customer misuse, or is not in original condition.
The return is requested for non-returnable items (e.g., digital goods).
5. Exchanges
